We often receive repeat requests for the same information, so we have put together this FAQ to answer any immediate thoughts you may have about our product. We endevour to keep this section up to date.
What is the delivery policy?
Generally work produced by iShop is internet based. Therefore delivery will usually be in electronic format and will only require that you a computer to receieve or view product(s). Your invoices will also be sent electronically via email.
What is the refund, replacement & cancellation terms?
If required iShop will cancel and give a full refund on our hosting products within the first 30 days of signup. After this time no refund can be offered. You are allowed to cancel your account at any time and will be billed up until that final month. In the unlikely event of something not working quite right with your hosting account, iShop will replace it immediatly and of course free of charge.
What is the currency that I am billed in?
All iShop products and services are billed in UK Pounds (Sterling).
What are the export restrictions?
There are no export restrictions on any iShop products and services.
